Sara Wadee was born into a very artistic / talented family on December 6, 1967. Her father was a conductor of the Hong Kong Philharmonics. It was at their work place where her parents met, as her mother was a well-known violinist. Sara is a latecomer and the youngest of the four children. Her three older brothers followed the footsteps of their parents and became musicians too. After being recognized by the music world, they all went their separate ways and now live in different countries all over the world. Even though Sara was pushed by her High School teachers to go to the conservatory, she wanted to be different from the rest of her family and decided to study Arts and Graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts. She won many awards and got her degree with honor.
During the early years after her graduation, Sara traveled regularly visiting her brothers who live in different continents. She enjoyed it very much being able to go from one place to another and discover new subjects for her art and open new perspectives to her horizon. On one of these trips she met her husband and now they have a little son. Family life suits Sara very well but her art gives a different aspect to her life, which she enjoys.
Sara wanted to create art loved by everyone. During a discussion with different artist friends, the idea was born to create 'pleasant' art where the viewer can see himself being part of the image.
Art Connection believes she is able to create incredible artwork and it has been a pleasure working with her during all this time.
